Design-only versus turnkey
Design-only makes sense when you already have a contractor or vendor team you trust. Turnkey is right when you want one team accountable for the whole picture. Most Hyderabad families we work with pick turnkey precisely because it removes the coordination burden.
What is included in La'espace's turnkey service?
Concept and design, all drawings and 3D views, materials specification, vendor management, on-site supervision, snagging, and handover. Loose furniture and appliances are included or excluded depending on your contract.
How many revisions of design are included?
Two rounds of layout revision and two rounds of 3D visualisation, which is enough for the vast majority of Hyderabad projects. Beyond that, additional revisions are quoted transparently.
