Most projects take 4 to 16 weeks from finalised design to handover, depending on the size of the home and the scope of work. A full 3BHK apartment is typically 8 to 12 weeks of execution; a villa runs longer. We commit to a clear timeline before work begins and treat finishing on time as a matter of discipline.

Yes. We provide a written warranty on our joinery and hardware, typically one year, and we pass through the manufacturer warranties on branded fittings, appliances and hardware. Every snag is documented and resolved before handover.

Payments are milestone based, tied to project stages rather than paid upfront, with a GST invoice against every stage. For families living abroad we accept NRE transfers, SWIFT or Indian NEFT. The full schedule is agreed in writing before work begins.

As long as you need to feel sure. Some families finalise in two weeks, others take longer to explore options. There is no forced timeline, and you see 3D views of your home before anything is built.

As a working guide: a full 3BHK apartment interior (1,500 to 1,800 sq ft) is roughly 12 to 18 lakh for an essential finish, 22 to 35 lakh for our signature register, and 40 lakh and up for bespoke. A 4BHK villa (3,000 to 4,000 sq ft) is roughly 35 to 55 lakh essential, 65 lakh to 1.1 crore signature, and 1.2 crore and up bespoke. We take on projects from about 15 lakh upward. Base modular kitchens for a 3BHK apartment typically start around 2.5 to 3.5 lakh. Signature-grade kitchens with better hardware, quartz counters and integrated appliances run about 5 to 9 lakh, and fully bespoke villa kitchens go beyond that. The final figure depends on layout, materials and appliances.

Hyderabad is our home base, and we design right across the city. We are active from Jubilee Hills, the Financial District, Gachibowli, Kokapet and Gandipet to Narsingi, Tellapur, Kollur, Shankarpally, Patancheru, Mokila, Miyapur, Kompally, Yapral, Sainikpuri and LB Nagar, and we are open to projects anywhere in Hyderabad. Beyond the city, we also take on homes across South India, including Bengaluru, Pune, Vijayawada, Nellore, Guntur, Rajamahendravaram and Visakhapatnam.
